Kilcoy Global Foods’ Carrara Wagyu brand has made an impressive impact in the Australian beef market as the company’s first venture in to Wagyu Beef, after just one year in market.
Despite Carrara still being in its early stages, the brand has rapidly gained global recognition having earned a presence in more than 20 countries internationally, with its largest market presence in Asia and the US.
Following its recent establishment, Kilcoy Global Foods leveraged its enhanced capabilities to source, produce, market and sell premium the Wagyu product on the world stage, positioning the brand as its most premium offering.
Not only has the Carrara Wagyu brand achieved strong in market results, but the brand has also been recognised with a number of industry awards, including a Silver award in the Sydney Royal Show branded beef awards in 2018.
This year, the Carrara brand also went on to achieve outstanding results in both the Wagyu Branded Beef Competition and the Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show, attaining Silver and Bronze, and Gold and Bronze awards, respectively.
